FC Humane Society to host dog and cat vaccination clinic Saturday

FRANKLIN COUNTY, IN — The Franklin County Humane Society will hold a drive-through vaccination clinic for dogs and cats tomorrow (Saturday, April 30) from 1:30 until 3:30 pm at Metamora Gateway Park on US 52.

Offered services include:

DOGS:
Annual Rabies – $15
Distemper/Parvo (5-way) – $12
Bordatella – $15

CATS:
Annual Rabies – $15
Feline (4-Way) – $12

Flea/Tick preventions are available for purchase. The cost is based on the weight of your pet.

Pets can be microchipped for $20, and personalized pet ID tags will be available for $7.

Cash and credit cards will be accepted, but there will be an additional processing fee for credit card payments.

The Human Society asks that if you or anyone in your household has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, to please stay home.

Another vaccination clinic will be held in October 2022.

Please bring a mask and be prepared to wear it in situations where social distancing is not possible.

As you enter the lot, a volunteer will greet you and get your registration paperwork.

Since this is a drive-through clinic, please remain in your vehicle until you receive the word to proceed to the vaccination area.

As always, dogs must be leashed and cats stay in carriers for their safety.
