What a weekend it was for the BMS golf team! They kicked off the weekend hosting the Conference Tournament at Hillcrest. BMS A Team captured the title with an impressive team score of 159. Stella Maple fired a 35 to lead the Bulldogs. Personal bests were shot by both Beckett Jones (40) and Jax Negovetich (43). Cade Rienschield rounded scoring with a 41. Low scores for the BMS B Team came from Evan Ibold (44), Nathan Mehlon ((45), and Decon Fledderman (52). Leading the BMS C Team was Collin Vogelsang (50) and Hudson Sitterding (59).The Bulldogs then headed to North Branch Saturday morning for the St. Mary’s Invite and wrapped up the weekend with another win shooting a team score of 182 despite the cold, windy conditions. Stella Maple led the Bulldogs with a 41 earning her overall tournament medalist honors. Beckett Jones shot a 45 followed by Cade Rienschield’s 47. Evan Ibold rounded out the team score with a 49. The BMS B team was led by Nathan Mehlon with a 53 and Jarod Zins and Hudson Sitterding who both shot a 55.
The Bulldogs are back in action Monday evening at Hillcrest.
