Tree Giveaway

The Batesville Lions Club is holding a tree giveaway of white pine and tulip trees to commemorate Earth Day and Arbor Day on Saturday, April 26th, 2025. We will be set up just outside of Schmidt Bakery.

Tree distribution will begin at 10:00 AM. There are only 100 of each ‘starter’ tree variety so we don’t expect these to last very long. First come, first served – while supplies last.

We will also be collecting used eyeglasses, hearing aids, hand-held cell phones and radios, and medical equipment. We also collect canned goods for the Food Pantry.
