Registration at 11 am
Starts at Noon

4-person, 18-hole golf scramble. 
Each golfer receives a goodie bag. 
Lunch included in Entry Fee. 

Entry Fee: 
$100 per person 
$400 per foursome

Sponsor Fee: 
$150 – Recognized at Event
