The sun condition was clearly a contributing factor to visibility that required speed to be reduced.
Twenty-three students were hurt in the crash, one seriously. First responders and medical professionals from Highpoint Health and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital acted swiftly to transport and treat the victims.
