Dorothy M. McDaniel, age 82, of Metamora, Indiana died late Wednesday night July 29, 2020 at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana.
Born August 28, 1937 in Franklin County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Neal & Mabel (Hughes) Roberts. On December 24, 1958 she was united in marriage to Charles Edward McDaniel Sr., and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2007.
She was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Holiness Church in Metamora. She loved the Lord and attended church all of her life.
Survivors include eight children, Charles McDaniel of Metamora, Indiana, Bob McDaniel of Greensburg, Indiana, Brenda (Barry) Sturgeon of Connersville, Indiana, Geneva (Tommy) Roberts of Laurel, Indiana, Donald McDaniel of Metamora, Indiana, Donna (Pat) Stone of Osgood, Indiana, Mike (Wanda) McDaniel of Laurel, Indiana and James (Gracie) McDaniel of Brookville, Indiana; fifteen grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret (Tom) Creech of Greensburg, Indiana, Nancy (Walter) Mullins of Brookville, Indiana, Betty Thomas of Metamora, Indiana; five brothers, Claude Roberts of Laurel, Indiana, Marvin Roberts of Laurel, Indiana and Rufus Roberts of Metamora, Indiana, Daniel (Kathy) Rpberts pfBatesville, Indiana and David (Hazel) Roberts of Batesville, Indiana; as well as a dear friend, Erma Wilson of Metamora, Indiana.
In addition to her parents, and husband Charles, she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Thomas; two brothers, John & Paul Roberts, a grandson, Jeremy Stone, two great-grandsons, Chandler Smith and Findley Speers.
Tony Stidham will officiate the Funeral Services on Monday, August 3, 2020, 11:00 A.M., at Trinity Full Gospel Holiness Church, 20015 Haytown Road, Metamora, Indiana. Burial will follow in Cupps Chapel Cemetery in Metamora, Indiana.
Family & friends may visit from 3:00 till 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Trinity Full Gospel Holiness Church in Metamora.
