Donna Sue Reese, age 71, of Brookville, Indiana died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Born August 25, 1945 in Brookville, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Donald & Helen (Selm) Beckman. On January 19, 1964 she was united in marriage to Earl V. Reese, and he preceded her in death on January 31, 2012.
Donna was retired from Sperry Rubber & Plastics in Brookville. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. In her leisure time she enjoyed reading, gardening, attending church, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Reese of Brookville, Indiana; a son & daughter-in-law, Mark & Aimee Reese of Brookville, Indiana; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two sisters, Joyce Schneider of Brookville, Indiana and Vicky Doerflein of Morris, Indiana; two brothers, Kelvin Beckman of Brookville, Indiana and Gary Beckman of Blooming Grove, Indiana; as well as her fur kids, Socks, Boots, Shelby, Little Bit and Moe.
Family & friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 10066 Oxford Pike, Brookville, Indiana.
Pastor Kevin Waltz will officiate the Funeral Services at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Brookville. Burial will then follow in Sims Cemetery in New Fairfield.
