Donald D. McIntosh, 86, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Monday April 5, 2021 in Milan, Indiana.
He was born December 11, 1934 in Dearborn County, IN, son of the late Walter McIntosh and Grace (Scudder) McIntosh.
He served his country as a member of the United States Army.
Donald was a member of the Aurora American Legion and the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church.
He worked as a Owner/Agent for Booher & Taylor Insurance Angency, retiring after over 60 years of service.
In his spare time, Don enjoyed traveling, boating and spending time with his family and friends.
Donald is survived by his son, Randall (Kim) McIntosh of Aurora, IN; daughter, Dawn “Dee” (David) Jefferson of Aurora, IN; grandchildren, Jordon (Samarah) McIntosh of Dillsboro, IN, Hillary (Kody) Storey of Aurora, IN, Austin Jefferson of Aurora, Indiana and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jeanette McIntosh, grandson, David Kraig Jefferson, brother, Leon McIntosh, sisters, Elsie Voss, and Geneva Strassmeier.
Private services will be held Friday, April 9, 2021at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Southeastern Indiana Honor Guard.
