Whitewater Township, Oh. — A Dillsboro man has been identified as the victim of a Wednesday motorcycle crash in Whitewater Township, Ohio.
Deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department say, Robert Cogswell, 56, was passing slow traffic on the westbound I-74 ramp to southbound I-275 around 6 p.m. when he drove off the right side of the road. Cogswell lost control and was thrown from the bike and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Cogswell was not wearing a helmet. Alcohol or drugs are not suspected but speed could have been a factor.
