Department Software Upgrade May Affect Customers

The Batesville Water & Gas Department is currently upgrading their billing software. Customers who are currently on the “Budget Billing” plan may receive a statement with a credit balance for this current billing.

“Please note that this credit will be moved into your account on the new software as we move forward,” according to a press release from the Batesville Water & Gas Department.
