Dennis L. Feller, 85, Aurora

     Dennis L. Feller, 85, of Aurora passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg. Dennis was born Tuesday, August 8, 1939, in Moores Hill; son of James Arthur and Velma (Bird) Feller. Dennis married the love of his life, Patricia Ann “Patty” Feller, on January 8, 1961, and she preceded him in death on July 3, 2017. He worked as a production operator at Seagrams for 44 years. Dennis served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the First Baptist Church Aurora and the Aurora Eagles for 25 years. He was devoted to his volunteer work at the Dearborn County Clearing House and other local food pantries, as well as donating blood at local blood drives. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and going antiquing with her at stores and flea markets. He loved going to the Smoky Mountains on vacation and had a passion for riding his motorcycle. Most of all Dennis loved to help support his family with anything they would need. Especially loving his grandchildren.

Dennis will be missed by his son Jeff Feller of Moores Hill; daughter Lisa Grindstaff of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren Jessica (Jason Baker) Bowling, Ethan Feller, Alec Hopper, and John Bryant Grindstaff; and great-grandchildren Cameron Baker, Carter Baker, and Elias Hopper.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents James Arthur Feller and Velma Feller; wife Patty Feller; son Timothy Wayne Feller; brother Harold Feller; and sister Joyce Manford.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Dennis from 10:00-11:00 AM, Friday, March 28, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Aurora. Services will immediately follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bill Seacrest officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Military rites will be provided by the South Eastern Indiana Honor Guard. Memorials may be given in honor of Dennis to the Dearborn County Clearing House.
