(Greensburg, IN) – Decatur County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) has added Erin Diem, FNP-C.
Diem received both her Bachelor of Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
She is joining the DCMH Immediate Care Clinic team, which is available for immediate, non-life threatening illnesses and minor injuries with expanded hours, including weekends. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are welcome.
In her free time, Diem enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and cooking. She is a local native who comes from a family of nurses and is knowledgeable about the community served by DCMH.
“I love working in a small community with a close-knit feel,” said Diem. “I’m excited to join the team at Immediate Care and be able to work with a variety of patients across all ages.”
Diem’s services are available at the Immediate Care Clinic at 955 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 4 in Greensburg.
