Darrell Smith, age 55 of New Trenton, Indiana passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Mercy Fairfield Hospital in Fairfield Ohio. Born December 18, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Woodrow and Nadine (Broughton) Smith.
Darrell worked as a Union carpenter with Local #729 for many years. Member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church New Trenton, Indiana.
Darrell is survived by his Mother Nadine Smith of New Trenton, Indiana. Father of Morgan (Jacob) Marshall and Courtney (Jeremy) Spears. Grandfather of Brielle, Colt, Rylan and Lanie. Brother of Sondra Smith and Danny Smith. Fiancé of Jenny King.
Preceded in death by his father Woodrow Smith.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11:00 A.M. all at Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church 4047 US 52 West Harrison, Indiana 47060 with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio.
