(Ripley County, IN) – Friendship volunteer firefighters battled a brush fire at State Road 129 and County Road 750 South near Olean this week.
Three hundred gallons of water was used and crews were able to quickly extinguish the flames.
Investigators say It apparently started in a burn barrel.
Firefighters urge you to be sure fires are out or contained before leaving them attended.
