Counterfeit currency training offered in Greensburg Thursday

Greensburg, In. — The Greensburg Police Department will hold two sessions to educate the public about the appearance of counterfeit currency. Both sessions will be held at city hall, the first at noon and the second at 6 p.m. the sessions include and question and answer period and last about 30 minutes.

Both sessions are offered free of charge.

Due to the increase in counterfeit currency reports officials want to make the training available to residents, businesses and anyone who handles money.
