CINCINNATI, Oh. — A new study recently published by WaletHub, ranked the top cities to spend New Year’s Eve based on entertainment options, cost, and safety, and Cincinnati made the list.
According to the study, New York’s Times Square may be the most popular spot to celebrate the arrival of the new-year, but it’s not the best spot for frugal party goers seeking an equally good time.
Cincinnati ranks 6th on the list.
The study notes the city’s affordability as a top draw, and also cites its general safety and abundance of restaurants and nightlife options.
The top 5 cities in the study are Orlando, San Francisco, Atlanta, Denver, and Buffalo.
