The Franklin County girls tennis team had a good showing at the EIAC tournament this past weekend.

Franklin County lost a road game to Lawrenceburg 9-3 Monday night.

FC got behind early and was unable to fight from behind to catch the Tigers.

The Batesville HS Freshman Baseball team lost 9-7 to the Columbus East C-Team at home on Tuesday May 2nd.

The St Louis Golf Team finished their year, this past Saturday, at the 4th annual Batesville Invitational.

The tournament featured teams from Batesville, Greensburg, Rush County, and Franklin County.

The Bulldogs Win Back-And-Forth Affair Against Greensburg Batesville and Greensburg traded the lead back-and-forth on Saturday, but eventually the Bulldogs prevailed 13-12.

Batesville took the lead for good in the fifth inning.
