Carolyn Sue “Susie” Morehead, 81, of Dillsboro, Indiana, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022.
She was born April 4, 1941, in Aurora, IN, daughter of the late Earl Morehead and Garnett (Ashcraft) Morehead.
Carolyn enjoyed coloring. She loved strawberry milkshakes and children. She enjoyed socializing with friends, and she never knew a stranger. Her faith was very important to her, she read her Bible every day. Carolyn enjoyed socializing with friends, and she never knew a stranger. She loved her family and the time she got to spend with them.
Carolyn is survived by her sister, Phyllis (Larry) Powell of Lawrenceburg, IN; nephews, Doug Powell, Tim Daugherty and Chad Daugherty; and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Garnett; sister, Charolotte Daugherty; niece, Jan Powell; nephew, Mark Daugherty.
Friends will be received Monday, August 22, 2022, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the funeral home, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Bill Secrest officiating.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
