Carolyn Martin, 81, of Greensburg passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Carolyn was born on April 23, 1938 in Westport, the daughter of Woodrow and Wanda (Huey) Manlief. She was a 1956 graduate of Sandcreek High School. On September 23, 1961, she married Clarence (Bud) Martin and he preceded her in death on September 4, 1997.
Survivors include her two sons – Clark (Lana) Martin of Greensburg and Craig (Joan) Martin of Greensburg; one brother – Carl Manlief; two grandchildren – Chaela Martin and Madison Martin; and one step grandson – Larry Huber. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her infant daughter Wanda Martin and one brother Ralph Manlief.
Carolyn worked more than 60 years as a hairdresser. She also enjoyed helping out at the Power of the Past show every year.
