Cardinals Split Games With Panthers

st-louis-schoolThe St. Louis 7th grade boys basketball team lost a heartbreaker to the
visiting St. Lawrence Panthers 32-31 at home Monday evening.

CJ Grote and Cayden Pohlman pulled much of the load with Abe Streator defending low post attacks most of the game. Streator was high scorer followed by Thomas Raver, Cody Mohr and CJ Grote. A couple steals by Adam Vogelsang and big offensive rebounds by Ryan Reder kept the game close and with St. Louis controlling the ball. However, the last few shot attempts and stickbacks by the home team wouldn’t fall to give the Cardinals the thrilling last second win with which they were looking.
