The 8th Grade Cardinals from St. Louis took on the Knights from South Dearborn on Monday, November 30th. The Cardinals were defeated by a final score of 48 to 13.
The Cardinals played better than the final score indicated, but in the end, too many turnovers led to the final result. The Cardinals were led in scoring by Adam Meer with 5 points, followed by Henry Wanstrath and Max Amberger each with 4 points. Amberger led the team in rebounds with 5 while Christian Mack led the team in steals with 2.
The Cardinals have a quick turnaround when they will play St. Michael’s at home on Tuesday, December 1st.
