Both the Batesville Bulldogs Boys and Girls teams came out on top at the Connersville Invitational on Saturday. The participants worked very hard in all events to earn points for his or her team. It was a great opportunity for the kids to run in a large meet with eight total schools.
BMS was fortunate enough to have the MVP of the meet for both the boys and girls; the winners were Kaylynn Bedel and Gage Pohlman. The MVPs are selected based on the number of points the individual scores for his/her team!
Veronica King broke the meet record in the discus with a throw of 92’ 5”. Way to go, Veronica! This is her third broken record for the season.
It was a very exciting day overall! Our last regular season meet is tonight, Monday, at ECHS, the Sunman-Dearborn Invitational.
