The Batesville Boys 7th-Grade team moved to 7-1 on the year with a 39-25 victory over South Dearborn.
Both teams fought hard. The halftime score was 22-17 Batesville lead. The Dogs turned it up in the second half. 32-24 was the score after 3 quarters. Batesville remained on attack only allowing 1 point the rest of the game.

The Batesville 8th-Grade Boys Basketball hosted South Dearborn and came out on top 53-25.
It was a slow start by both teams with Batesville leading 6-5 after 1. The second quarter was back and forth but the Bulldogs were able to gain a 16-11 edge heading into halftime. The second half was a different story for Batesville as they came out with energy and outscored their opponent 37-14. The Bulldogs did a great job forcing turnovers, running in transition, and knocking down open shots to run away with this game.
Leading in scoring for Batesville was Cade Kaiser with 15 points, followed by Carson Schneider (11), Jacob Stenger (11), Gage Pohlman (6), Alex Krekeler (4), Will Jaisle (2), Grant Goldsmith (2), and Christian Stenger (2).
The Bulldogs move to 7-1 on the season heading into their home game at BHS on Thursday, December 17 versus Milan.
