The Batesville Middle School Golf team is on a roll. On Monday evening at Hillcrest Country Club BMS came out on top with their third win. Their low score of 249 defeated North Decatur 278, and St. Louis 319.
Drew Wagner continues to be our match medalist decreasing his score again to 42. Joe Cerniglia finished with an impressive 45 while the other team members include Chase Cummings 49, Brett Wagner 52, Sam Bowman 55, Austin Pohlman 55, Dean Campbell 58, Ashley Nobbe 60, Sarah Ronnebaum 64, and Zach Wade 64.
Their next match is Thursday at Columbus.

The St Louis golf team faced off against North Decatur and Batesville Monday night at Hillcrest Gold Course. The overall team score of 319 showed improvement from their last match but came up short behind Batesville’s 249 and North Decatur’s 278.
Leading the scoring was Brandon Simmermeyer with a 62, both Aaron Weber and Brenden Imel shot 63, Adam Voglesang shot 65, and Zeb Streator shot a 66.
St Louis’ next match is Tuesday night against North Decatur at Hillcrest, tee off is at 4:30.
