Batesville, In. — TriStateFootball.com welcomes area residents to vote in the “Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning Player of the Week” for the 2018 regular season. Players are nominated from the Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana areas.
This week Batesville High School Footballs’ own Austin Siefert is in the running. Austin broke his own school records with 223 receiving yards, on 12 receptions, four touchdowns catches and an interception. His outstanding effort helped the Bulldogs grab the EIAC title. In the end, Siefert set new Batesville records for, receptions in a season (now at 49) and receptions in a career (now at 80) in this game.
