Brookville police make several marijuana related arrests

Brookville, In. — A report from the Brookville Democrat-American says police arrested nine people suspected of dealing in marijuana at two locations in the city.

While serving search warrants at residences on U.S. 52 and East First Sreet police found four one pound capacity bags inscribed with “Medical Marajuana”, marijuana, scales and paraphernalia. There was evidence at the scene that the suspects were using a company called collectivesupply.com/.

Police arrested Kevin W. Kelley, 19, of Brookville, Alya Acree, 19, of Cincinnati, Blake A. Bolser, 21, of Brookville, James N. Conn, 20, of Brookville, Marisa M. Keyser, 18, of West Harrison, Brett D. Morford, 21, of Brookville, Hunter D. Morford, 18, of Brookville, Garrett P.L. Pierce, 20, of Brookville and a 15-year-old juvenile was also taken into custody.

About two weeks ago police made 13 drug arrests in the Laurel area.
