The 13th annual Batesville Basketball Four-Person Scramble Golf Outing is scheduled for Friday, July 13 at Hillcrest Golf & Country Club with a 12 Noon shotgun start.
The event is a fundraiser for the Batesville High School basketball program, and costs $80 individual or $320 for a team, which includes green fees, cart, skins, lunch and two drink tickets.
As a result of the success and support of this event, the Batesville Basketball Alumni Award, worth $500, has been sponsored since 2015.
The golf outing also helps the Batesville basketball program defray costs associated with equipment, developmental camps, and programs that fall outside the school’s athletic department budget.
It also helped to make a $125 donation to the BHS Boosters, $500 to the Summer Food for Kids program.
