Betty Louise Lee Lewis, 92, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, in Sharonville, Ohio.
She was born May 7, 1930, in Payne, OH, daughter of the late Cleon D. Lee and Rosa (Taylor) Lee.
Betty was a former Eastern Star Member, a former Sunday school teacher and she sang in the church choir. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Betty enjoyed arranging flowers and loved her flower garden. She enjoyed watching the birds, she even had a pet crow that would talk to her and eat out of her hand. Betty always took care of her family and she loved being a wife, mom and grandma.
Betty is survived by sons, Bruce (Virginia) Lewis of Milan, IN, Robert (Cindy) Lewis of Brookville, IN, David (Crystal) Lewis of Aurora, IN; 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; 6 great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleon and Rosa; her loving husband of 66 years, Robert Lewis Jr.; sons, Clinton and Brent Lewis; siblings, Lloyd H. Lee, Eugene Lee, Lois Craig and Donna McLaughlyn.
Friends will be received Friday, December 16, 2022, 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN.
Services will follow at 2:30 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
