Betty June Lee, 86, of Greensburg, passed away at 1:54 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Decatur County Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 12, 1938, in Washington, Indiana, the daughter of Floran “Jim” and Dorothy (Jones) Myers. She was born and raised in Davies County and has been a Decatur County resident since 1953. She graduated from Sandcreek High School in 1956 and retired from James River Corp. after 42 years of service. She was a hard and dedicated worker. Betty was a member of the former Letts Methodist Church. She enjoyed growing roses, reading, knitting and crocheting, puzzles, bike riding and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter, Robyn Renee Keillor of Greensburg; her sons, John Richard “Rick” Lee of Greensburg and Jay Roger Lee of Port Charlotte, Florida; her sisters, Dianna “Diny” Carson of Greensburg and Jane Allen of Alanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Shalon Perez, Jamie Hulse, Melissa Hulse, Kirsten M. Lee, Kyle Keillor, and Colton D. Lee; great grandchildren, Brittney Hulse, Noe Perez, Julia Spicer, Samuel Perez, Josh Hulse, Jasmin Cordoba, Sofia Perez, Landon Hulse, Maddy Lee, Ashton Lee, Jada Lee, Layne Lee, Ralen Lee, Ava Lee and Lydia Lee. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry R. Lee; her daughter, Natalie Gay Hulse; her son, James Robert “Rob” Lee; her sisters, Joyce Myers and Judy Sanders; her brothers; Jack, Jim and Jerry Myers; and her grandson, Jared Michael Lee. The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow at the Westport Cemetery.
