Batesville, in. — For the second year in a row Shannon Kramer Mullins has earned the Musikgarten ® Exemplary Program Award. Miss Shannon’s Music Studio in Batesville is one of only 75 in the nation to receive the honor.

“Parents know how important music education is and they choose Musicgarten specifically for our deeply researched, proven approach that helps nurture social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in their children,” says Musikgarten founder Dr. Lorna Heyge.

Shannon received the award at a national conference on August 18 in Charlotte, North Carolina. For three days music teachers from the United States and Canada gathered for intensive training and music-making.
