‘Batesville Bash’ coming to downtown this weekend

Batesville, In. — The 7th Annual Batesville bash will be held in downtown on August 4 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Breakfast on the Square with Izzy’s at 8 a.m.

Farmer’s Market and Sidewalk Sales begin at 8 a.m.

“Velo in the Ville”- a scenic bike ride through Batesville, Brookville, Metamora, St. Mary’s and Oldenburg begins at 9 a.m.

A Pickleball exposition from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Lone Wolf & Friends Acoustic from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the Pearl Street Stage.

“Grillin’ with Gillman”- grilling tips from the experts and Green Egg demonstrations.

Vendor Market opens at 11 a.m.

Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Classic Car Cruise-in from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Children’s Health Care Kids Zone will be open from 1 to 5 p.m.

Salsa Contest & Dancing at 1 p.m.

The Food, Wine & Beer Garden will be open from 4 to 11 p.m.

National Anthem & Honor Guard at 4:45 p.m.

The race to determine the “Fastest Kid in Town” at 5 p.m.

The Batesville Area Historical Society will feature a special exhibit from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Gibson Theater will present a free kids movie at 11 a.m.

Main Stage entertainment includes The Yorkridge Boys at 5:30 p.m. and Five Lights at 8 p.m.
