Barbara Kay Decker, age 79 of Batesville, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at Margaret Mary Health. The daughter of Jewett and Adelaid (Lowe) Harlan was born on July 25, 1944 inn Lafayette, Indiana.
Barb graduated from Batesville High School in 1962. She worked as a teacher’s aide for the Batesville Community School District for several years.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Heidi Decker of LaQuinta, CA and son, Deron Decker of Batesville, IN along with her siblings Jackie Kruthaupt, Joe Harlan and Ruth Noble.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Derek Decker and sister, Patricia Gilland.
Cremation was chosen and no services are planned at this time.
