(Indianapolis, IN) – Applications are being accepted through Jan. 31 for the Next Generation Hoosier Educator Scholarship.
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education says high-achieving high school and college students interested in pursuing a career in education the opportunity to earn a renewable scholarship of up to $10,000 each year for four academic years.
In exchange, students agree to teach at an Indiana school for five years or repay the corresponding prorated amount of the scholarship.
To apply, a student must be an Indiana resident, a current high school or college student in-state and be able to use the scholarship for a minimum of two full academic years.

After the application deadline date, all applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified of their scholarship status via email by April 2024.
Recipients and waitlisted finalists will emailed further instructions.
