(Greensburg, IN) – Applications are being accepted for Greensburg’s Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) Grant.
The city was recently awarded $350-thousand by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to assist low-to-moderate-income homeowners make essential repairs to their homes.
These include roof repair and replacement; HVAC and water heater replacement, and accessibility modifications.
Windows and paint jobs are not covered.
This is the first time Greensburg has offered OOR.
Homeowners living in the city limits with a household income below 80 percent area median income are eligible.
Special consideration will be given to seniors 65 and older; veterans; the disabled, and single parents.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 30 at 4 p.m.
