Andrew “Andy” Gridley, 52, of Osgood, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at his home. He was born August 18, 1973, in Batesville, Indiana, to Robert Shaw Gridley Sr. and Lorraine (née Sloane) Gridley.
Andy worked as a logger for many years, operating equipment and harvesting timber in the local area. He took pride in his hands-on work in the woods.
He enjoyed building and racing radio-controlled cars, listening to music, working on cars and machinery, and spending time playing with children.
Andy is survived by his siblings: Robert Shaw Gridley Jr., Runita Gridley-Thomas, Wesley “Scott” Gridley, Valarie Anderson, and John Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Allen Gridley, and his sister Susan Kirkham.
Cremation has been chosen, and no services are planned.
