Indianapolis, In. — After four years of raising funds, the “Bolt for the Heart” program has funded an automated external defibrillator for every Indiana State Police vehicle. The Indiana State police are now the only agency in the country that has AED’s in all vehicles.
Even though every life cannot be saved, more AED’s, means more chances to save lives.
The units cost about $1,300 each.
