Alberta Froman, age 99, of Brookville, Indiana died Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Brookville Healthcare Center in Brookville.
Born December 22, 1918 in English, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Wilbur & Leatha I. (Hughs) Colebaugh. On March 31, 1946 she was united in marriage to Ralph L. “Pete” Froman, and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2006.
Mrs. Froman was a member of the Brookville United Methodist Church, the Brookville Order of Eastern Star Chapter #449, as well as an associate member of Tri Kappa.
Survivors include three sons & daughters-in-law, Michael (Mary Ann) Froman of Brookville, Indiana, Jack (Gwen) Froman of Batesville, Indiana and William (Beverly) Froman of Brookville; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In additions to her parents and husband, Pete, she was preceded in death by a brother James Colebaugh.
Family & friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon on Monday, August 13, 2018 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.
Rev. Steve Rundel, Pastor of the Brookville United Methodist Church will officiate the Funeral Services on Monday, August 13, 2018, 12:00 Noon at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home. Burial will then follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
