Ag Input Sought by FFA Member

Agriculture’s story in Decatur County is still unfolding, and one North Decatur student wants local voices to help tell it.

N. Decatur FFA Member John Reynolds

John Reynolds, a sophomore member of the North Decatur FFA, is creating a project that highlights how agriculture continues to shape the county today. His goal is to show that farming and ag-related work are not just part of the past, but an evolving story driven by the people who choose those paths.

To do that, Reynolds is asking current and former FFA members, along with community members involved in agriculture, to share their experiences. He has created a short questionnaire inviting participants to explain why they chose agriculture and what their involvement has meant to them.

Those responses will be used to help build his project, which focuses on the idea that agriculture’s future in Decatur County is still being written.

Community members who work in farming or ag-related fields are encouraged to participate. The questionnaire can be accessed online at HERE.
