Adam Paul Peters, age 36, of New Castle died Wednesday, October 2, 2024 in Decatur County, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born December 5, 1987 in Batesville, Indiana he was the son of Brian & Lisa (Wilson) Peters. Adam was employed at Honda in Greensburg, Indiana.
In his leisure time he enjoyed being with his family, video gaming, and target shooting.
Survivors include his parents, Brian & Lisa Peters of Morristown, Ohio; three brothers; Kurtis (Katie) Peters of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Jacob (Alyssa) Peters of Triadelphia, West Virginia, Clayton (Amanda) Peters of Rising Sun, Indiana; his maternal grandfather, Paul Wilson of Metamora, Indiana; his nieces & nephew, Ellie, Rhett, Lorelai, and Grayce.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James H. & Millie F. Peters, as well as his maternal grandmother, Brenda Sue Wilson.
Family & Friends may visit from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Metamora Church of God, 20152 U.S. Highway 52, Laurel, Indiana.
Rev. Wayne Ison will officiate the Funeral Service on Monday, October 7, 2024, 11:00 A.M., at Metamora Church of God. Burial will follow in Cupps Chapel Cemetery in Metamora, Indiana.
