Batesville lost to Franklin County 28 – 14.
Calvin Sherwood scored the Bulldogs’ two touchdowns with runs of 62 and 80 yards through holes created by Brendan Imel, Gavin Ertel, Adam Longstreth and Ryland Parmer. Jaden Peetz ran in a 2 point conversion to finish the scoring. Jeremiah Lemmel had an interception on defense while Peetz, Longstreth, and Logan Adams also played well.
