BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Four IU basketball players scored in double digits to lead the Hoosiers to an 81-69 win at home against Pittsburgh on Tuesday night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
Freshman Emmitt Holt led the team with 15 points followed by James Blackmon Jr. with 13, Yogi Ferrell with 11 and Troy Williams with 10.
IU ended the first half with an eight point advantage and started the second half strong stretching the lead to 23 points at one time. The home team held off a late Pittsburgh surge to claim their sixth win on the season.
The Hoosiers will host Savannah State at Assembly Hall on Saturday.
