INDIANAPOLIS – A Jennings County man is in trouble with the law after allegedly posting online an illegal still for sale.
Joseph M. Jepko, 40, of Scipio, was arrested by Indiana State Excise Police and cited for a possession of unlicensed equipment for the production of alcoholic beverages.
Officers say Jepko posted an online ad of the still describing it as “perfect for the family drunk that’s so hard to buy for.”
Undercover officers responded to the online posting for the illegal still, expressed interested in buying it and arranged a meeting place.
Jepko was arrested just outside of the Indianapolis International Airport Wednesday afternoon and the still was seized.
He was issued a summons to appear in Marion County Court at a later date
