COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Moores Hill man convicted of having explosive devices in his vehicle in Ohio has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Andrew Scott Boguslawski, 44, was arrested after he was pulled over on I-70 in Madison, Co., Ohio on January 1.
Troopers say they found nine unregistered bombs in his car and four devices that can be converted into explosives.
Boguslawski admitted to the federal charges earlier this year and could have been sentenced to 10 years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
On Friday, a judge ordered he serve 24 months in prison and remain under court supervision following his time in jail.
