
(Batesville, IN) – Batesville firefighters were dispatched overnight to a house fire at 307 South Street.
Deputy Chief Cory Fletcher says crews arriving on the scene around 2:25 a.m. found a fully involved house.
Fletcher says the blaze started in the garage.
Two Batesville Police officers on patrol spotted the flames and made sure the home’s occupants got out safely before calling the fire department.
There were no injuries reported.
No other information was available as of Wednesday morning.
