(Versailles, IN) – Indiana State Police troopers from the Versailles Post conducted more targeted, or “wolfpack,” patrols of area roads last Friday.

Dayshift units primarily worked state roads and interstates, while nightshift units concentrated on DUI and criminal prevention patrols.

A total of 71 citations and 109 warnings were issued. There were also eight arrests, eight police service calls, and three commercial vehicle inspections.

ISP says troopers will conduct more  of these wolfpack patrols where they’ll set up in designated areas to target unsafe motorists and those committing crimes on roadways.
