Reynolds was also named Firefighter of the Year. The award is given to a firefighter nominated by his colleagues as a team member who demonstrates leadership and mentorship within the department.

Reynolds, Lt. Jarrod Prentice, and firefighters John Hammersmith and Caleb Stevens were presented the Life Saving Award, which was given to firefighters who worked an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest episode with a successful outcome in the last year.

“We are here tonight to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our membership over the past year while giving thanks to their families as well as they share them with us,” said Greensburg Fire Chief Nathan Stoermer.
