Statewide — Indiana’s largest Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) filing event, College Goal Sunday, will be held February 26 from 2-4 pm at several locations across the state.
One of those places is the Ivy Tech Community College Riverfront Campus on Walnut Street in Lawrenceburg.
College Goal Sunday is geared toward college-bound students at Indiana schools.
FAFSA filing experts will be available to help attendees fill out their forms for free.
Students and their parents or guardians, should bring completed 2021 IRS 1040 tax returns, W-2 Forms, and other 2021 income and benefits information.
If the student worked, they should also bring their income information.
Students 24 and older may attend alone.
Students who attend College Goal Sunday and submit a completed evaluation form will be entered in a drawing for one of five $1,000 scholarships.
