Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 2,546 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 over the weekend. A total of 661,673 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,117,201 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.2% positive rate and 77 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,142 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,470 cases and 67 deaths reported (up 47 new cases and 1 new death), Decatur County has a total of 2,708 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 11 new cases), Franklin County has 1,594 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 6 new case), and Ripley County has 3,270 positive cases and 61 deaths (up 14 new case). This is an increase of 78 new positive cases and 1 new death.
