Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 9,497 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 over the weekend. A total of 182,108 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 1,709,944 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 10.6% positive rate and 100 new deaths were reported for a total of 4,124 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 1,150 cases and 28 deaths reported (up 53 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 562 positive cases and 39 deaths (up 55 new cases), Franklin County has 406 positive cases and 26 deaths (up 10 new cases and 1 new death), and Ripley County has 517 positive cases and 8 deaths (up 48 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 166 new positive cases and 1 death.
