Erin Elizabeth (Gardner) Speakman, 30 passed away on March 25, 2020 in Columbus, OH. She was born on November 29, 1989 in Columbus, Indiana the daughter of Jeff Gardner and the late Julie (Bailey) Gardner. Erin was a 2008 graduate of Greensburg High School where she participated in soccer and cheerleading. She married David Speakman and together had one son, Nash Speakman. Erin worked at Walgreens as a pharmacy technician. She will be missed by many because of her love, kindness and outgoing personality. She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend.
Survivors include: Husband- David Speakman; son- Nash Speakman; father- Jeff Gardner; sister- Leah Shields; Nephews- Carsyn and Ryder Shields; aunt- Brenda Koors and Jill (Chris) Schroeder; uncles Gary (Julie) Bailey; grandmother- Judy Dent; and father and mother-in-laws- Alan and Olinda Speakman. She was preceded in death by mother- Julie Gardner; and grandparents Glenn and Beverly Gardner and Max Bailey.
A visitation and funeral will be held privately at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Rev. Allen Collier will be officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for her son Nash.
